WHICH ZODIAC TO PICK ?
quick rundown of what each element does: there's 4 elements, you get 1 of each zodiac element to choose from each unity:
- Fire is pre-infinity. (Don't get this confused for them only being good at the very beginning tho)
- Earth is Infinity-Stars. (these are NEVER worth it just ignore these until u need them for achievement 231)
- Wind is Eternity-Dilation. (before completing easy trials, if there isnt a sag with slowdown, take it IF it either has ^^SN Req and ^DP gain OR +Free lab Levels Perk (insanely helpful in eternity-dilation and will make your unities go by way faster)
- Water is DTP-Unity (Great for post Hard Trial 4 and further. Don't take them till then)
Levels and quality of the zodiac are way more important than the rarity (higher rarity doesnt always mean better stats from the zodiac) later you will want to focus on getting higher level zodiacs as the buffs change significantly from level to level at lower levels Quality is a very important stat on a zodiac that improves the stats given from zodiacs. (higher quality = better zodiac) how to level zodiacs: unity So TL;DR: your choice is gonna be between the wind and fire zodiac, almost always you want to take the fire zodiac before completing easy trials. Wind zodiac will only be good to get at this point if it meets the requirements mentioned earlier ^ This section alone should help you with picking your zodiacs most of the time until Hard Trials, but at that point you will most likely not need a guide since you'll be able to distinguish on your own which zodiac is best to pick at your moment in the game. 1st Unity - ALWAYS TAKE THE LVL 3 RARE ARIES its better than all of the other zodiacs by far take it, put it on sun and then immediately change it to mercury for x2 eternities gain. Planet bonuses MATTER an image explaining what each zodiac does on each planet can be found in trials (last pin) or on the wiki page. 2nd Unity - Best case scenario you will roll an aquarius with +free lab levels OR a Sagittarius with +slowdown perk(sag will be very useful for easy trials so keep it in the back of your head until you either get one or complete all ET's) , if so then take it If no Sag +slowdown or Wind + free lab levels, a fire Ascension Power Zodiac is not bad Only take other wind zodiacs if they have ^DP gain ^^SN Req in this unity.
IMPORTANT: if you have souls, its probably good for you to do a few rerolls to try and get the zodiac you want, (in this case a +free lab levels or a sag with +slowdown) what rerolls do is you basically reroll the zodiacs you can get in this unity for a cost of some souls (starting at 200 +50 for each reroll) why is rerolling good now? Because your unities still take a long time. (i would rather reroll a few times to get a zodiac i want than to pick a bad zodiac) Note that you will get a lvl 1 zodiac in this unity. so no need to try and push higher
3rd Unity - Fire zodiac unless you got lucky with the wind zodiac buffs mentioned in the beginning of this message. If you got a leo in the first 3 unities, you should put it on venus for the x3 lap speed which comes in handy for easy trials. at this point feel free to go to trials channel, read the pins and follow the guides there.
